Before your visit
General information. Follow the individual instructions from your treating team. These pages do not prescribe treatment or replace an examination.
Your visit checklist
- Bring your glasses, contact lenses and case, and previous eye reports or scans.
- Bring a list of medications, eye drops and allergies, plus any referral letter.
- Note when symptoms started, which eye is affected and what has changed.
- Save your private booking link and confirm the location and fees with the clinic before travelling.
If your pupils need to be dilated
Drops can cause blur and light sensitivity for several hours. Bring sunglasses and arrange safe transport home; do not drive until your vision has returned to normal and it is safe. A 15-minute booking slot is not necessarily the total visit length: tests or waiting for drops may take additional time.
Three questions for your visit
- What did the examination show, and what does it mean for me?
- What are my options, benefits and risks?
- When should I return, and which symptoms need urgent help?
Getting here & fees
Contact the clinic to confirm the exact entrance, floor, parking, accessibility, fees, accepted payment methods and what is included. Do not stop medication or fast for a routine visit unless your team has given you specific instructions.
