Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
Yes. Choose an available time on Friday or Saturday between 16:00 and 19:00, Palestine local time. Your appointment is confirmed when the confirmation screen appears.
Can I use this form in an emergency?
No. Sudden vision loss, a new curtain or shadow, severe eye pain, chemical exposure or significant injury require urgent in-person care. Do not wait for an online reply.
Will my pupils be dilated?
It depends on the examination. Dilation can temporarily affect near vision and light sensitivity. Bring sunglasses and discuss driving or transport with the clinic.
Do the online checks diagnose an eye condition?
No. They offer educational guidance only. Glaucoma and other conditions can be present without noticeable symptoms.
What are the clinic hours, fees and location?
Appointments are available Friday and Saturday, 16:00–19:00, Palestine local time. Contact the clinic on WhatsApp to confirm fees and location before travelling.
