If you provide an email address and the clinic enables email delivery, appointment updates are sent through the clinic’s email provider. Keep your private management link safe: anyone with it can view, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Eye-health tool answers stay in your browser and are not stored. Admin sessions use an essential secure cookie. The site has no advertising trackers. Contact the clinic to request correction or deletion. The final retention policy and privacy contact must be confirmed before public launch. Contact details are also kept in a private patient directory, independently of appointment records.
